A Team Manager is an adult, at least 18 years of age, who mentors the kids and help them as they make and build friendships, and work on solving Challenges throughout the season.
Team members should be relatively the same age, as the oldest team member determines the team’s competition level – Elementary, Middle, Secondary, or College & University.

Most Regional and State Tournaments occur between February and April. If you qualify at the State level, you advance to Global Finals.
